Samsung’s Galaxy Note 5 emerges as America’s most loved phone, iPhone 6s Plus settles for second spot

There are many factors that should be counted when rating a mobile device. Aside from its performances and outlook, what should also be taken into consideration is the customer’s satisfaction. At least in the United States, Samsung Galaxy Note 5 got voted as the most common smartphone among consumers. The device gained a rating of 86/100 winning over Apple’s iPhone 6s Plus with just a point. iPhone 6s Plus received a rating of 85/100.

The poll was performed by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). Although Samsung’s Galaxy Note 5 surpassed the chart for being the most common smartphone in the United State, the company came second in the poll for the most dependable manufacturers. The first spot was taken by Apple and Samsung had to settle for the second spot. Apple scored 81/100 while on the other hand Samsung missed just by one point, at 80/100.

Speaking about the most common smartphone review, Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ and Galaxy Note 4 won the third spot with a rating of 84/100, while on the other hand the iPhone 6s settled for the fourth spot with a score of 83/100. While on the other hand, Motorola emerged as the third most dependable manufacturers with a score of 77/100.
