WhatsApp adds New Group Calling Button Shortcut for iPhone

WhatsApp is set to roll out new updates for iPhone users, the update which is said to provide new group calling button, and easy shortcut to enable users easily make group calls.

However, the most recent version of Whatsapp for iPhone has just been updated to version 2.18.110, and its main purpose is to enhance group calling experience for group members.

Right about now, iPhone users can head over to the AppStore and download the latest Whatsapp on their Smartphone, and the app size is about 137.5MB. The latest WhatsApp update also comes with the ability to play consecutive voice messages in sequence.

It also features a new group calling button that that is located just next to the name of the groups as soon as you open the group chat window.

WhatsApp adds New Group Calling Button

Users now have the opportunity to easily make group voice and video calls. This feature was spotted on the beta release of the app which was rolled out to iPhone users via TestFlight.

It is important to note that the group calling feature support on WhatsApp is currently limited to only four callers on one call, you are not allowed to add more than three people for your group call at this time.

With that said, to get started with the group call, simply tap the new group calling button, select your desired members of the group which you want to call, and you will be prompted with an option to choose if you want a voice call or a video call.

For you to enjoy this new feature, you must download the latest version of Whatsapp on your Smartphone. Whatsapp is also planning on bringing a new group calling-focused features for Android in the feature.
